1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2098 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the DAAIN Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics and ulterior motive. Further he submits that the Complaint Case has been lodged after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. Further he contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2098 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
