Mr. Nagendra Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to file application in accordance with the provisions of Bihar Panchayati Raj Act before the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar, for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition within a period of three weeks from the date of this order.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the state authority having jurisdiction may consider the application of the petitioners and if he finds any interference is required in respect of functioning of Singhara Kopa Gram Panchayat, District- Patna, he may proceed to take appropriate action accordance with law.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
