2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chouri P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, three country made pistols have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2025.
5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the son of the petitioner was making reel (video) with one Deepak Kumar and the illegal arms belongs to both of them. The petitioner further submits that he being the father has falsely been implicated in this case and claims clean antecedent.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67180 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. First Class, Bhojpur, Ara/ concerned Court in connection with Chouri P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
7. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
