Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 47(A) of the Excise Act and 57 of the Bihar Amendment Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner 45 litres of liquor was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2016. The petitioner has got similar type of criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13339 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Judge-VIII, Gopalganj/successor Court in connection with S.Tr. No. 967 of 2016 arising out of Gopalganj Town Police Station Case No. 347 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that if it would come to the notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future then the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
