The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 397/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27-A, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
From the possession of the petitioner 06 kilograms of Charas is said to have been recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid and in view of the fact that commercial quantity of Charas is recovered from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10939 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Vinita/- U T
