2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No.05/2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. As per the allegation made in the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner fired on the informant, causing bullet injury on his right hand and the specific allegation against the petitioner is that he fired on the head of the informant but the bullet passed touching the ears of the informant.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he had fired with an intention to kill the informant but the bullet passed touching the ears of the informant and the life of the informant could be luckily saved. The petitioner has criminal antecedent. As such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. The present bail application is accordingly rejected. (Purnendu Singh, J) chn/- U
