JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 11-07-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that even though the petitioner did produce the caste certificate issued by the District Magistrate, as is canvassed before us, but after the interview was held on 17.7.2006, the caste certificate itself was produced for the first time after an inordinate period of time i.e. on 1.3.2011 during which period the selection process,
Patna High Court LPA No.48 of 2018 dt.11-07-2018 2/2 which was initiated in the year 2005, had already been completed.
Taking note of all these factors, the learned Writ Court has rejected the writ application. In doing so, we are of the considered view, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting re-consideration.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
