2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons were involved in commission of robbery of motorcycles on gun point.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. He was not present on the spot, but merely on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused persons, who were apprehended on spot, petitioner was made accused.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he alongwith others are involved in commission of road robbery. Petitioner has got four criminal

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
