Petitioner, Dinesh Manjhi @ Jata Manjhi, is in custody since 30.04.2016 in Revelganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, from the possession of the three accused persons, 15 liters of country-made liquor were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2016. 4.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016.
