The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute allegation of commission of injury at the head of the informant with iron rod is against co-accused Ajit Yadav.

Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault with lathi against the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11107 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani/Successor Court in connection with Harlakhi Police Station Case No.146 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
