JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. In view of the pleadings on record, it transpires that to the extent admitted by the University, payments have been made to the petitioner of his retiral dues. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount claimed by him has not been fully paid. He, thus, submitted that liberty may be given to him to raise his grievance before the Vice Chancellor of the University for consideration.

3. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor with regard to his remaining grievances. If such a representation, along with a calculation chart made by the petitioner, is filed, the Vice Chancellor shall get the same verified from the official records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
