JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of indiscriminate firing has been levelled against petitioners and several other FIR named accused persons. Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that injured persons of this case sustained only one fire-arm injury each on their person and having more or less similar allegation, one coaccused namely, Raj Kishore Singh has already been granted privilege of bail. Moreover, it appears that one of the injured of this case had criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40973 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Purnahia P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
