JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sursand P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 366, 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, three accused persons namely, Manju Devi, Krishna Kumari, Sunaina Devi along with an unknown boy were standing on the road. When the victim girl had gone to attend call of nature, they forcibly got the victim seated on the motorcycle of the unknown boy.

It has further been alleged that this petitioner and other accused persons gave threat to the victim not to disclose about the occurrence to anybody.

In this manner, from the written report itself, it

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 16.1.2017.

It is mentioned in para-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
