The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64200 of 2022(2) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.27 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
