However, I have gone through the pleadings in paragraph 6 of the petition which states as under:

"That it is necessary to mention here that petitioner participated in thirty (30) days training programme from 5/2/2004 to 19/03/2004 and ten (10) days training programme from 01/12/2006 to 10/12/2006 conducted by the Bihar Education Project (BEP), Bhagalpur and same was successfully completed by the petitioner."
