JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Recovery of country made pistol and cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody for about 6 months, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IV, Buxar in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58106 of 2019(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
