The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021 registered under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous grudge and local dirty village politics. Further submission is that prior to this case, son of the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.61565 of 2022(4) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
