1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 307, 353, 364, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 stands resolved and he has instruction to make submission not to oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the opposite party no. 2 shall also withdraw the criminal case filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.558 of 2022(13) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 639 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
