The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj)P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against the unknown person. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It appears that during the course of investigation confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded from where the police has gathered that this petitioner has committed the offence. He further submits that in the instant case after completion of investigation, the police has already submitted charge-sheet. Petitioner is languishing in jail since 21.03.2017 and has completed almost one year two months.

No.23530 of 2018(3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017.
