JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard Shri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Nirmala Kumari, learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 248 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 24.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 27735 of 2021.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge, the charges have been framed on 30.08.2021.

In view of the liberty granted, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.525 of 2022(2) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-V, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 248 of 2020 with a condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner and the court below will make efforts to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in the event the court below comes to the conclusion that the petitioner is trying to delay the conclusion of the trial, then the court below will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
