1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For direction to the Respondent No. 1 to 6 to install new connection of Electric Meter in the house of petitioner.

(II) Also direct the respondent, Officer In-Charge of Maner Police Station, District- Patna Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.15824 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 No. 6 to take action against the private respondents. (III) Further direct the Respondent No. 1 to 6 to provide police protection to the petitioner for installing the Electric Meter in the house of petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
