The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Pappu Das. Thereafter the police also got confession of the petitioner. Save and except confession before the police, the police did not collect any further tangible material. The petitioner is in jail since 18.01.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
