The petitioner seeks bail in Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his truck was over taken and looted away by unknown accused persons. During the course of investigation, truck of the informant was recovered from Dumka Rampur Haat main road in Kusumdih. One Anil Kumar Singh was also apprehended. Anil Kumar Singh disclosed the name of Mithilesh, Dinesh and others. Dinesh is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as it appears from Para-3 of the bail petition. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11892 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016.
