ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1045/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any such incident causing torture to her. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to present himself as and when required in the complaint case and restore normal family life with the
