2. After deletion of the other petitioners, namely, petitioner nos. 2 to 7, only petitioner no.1, namely, Vishwanath Raut, is before this Court.

3. The petitioner is a retired Jamadar of this Court. He has limited his grievance that the Accountant General Office, Bihar has sanctioned his pension reckoning his service from 20.04.1989, though as per the letter, dated 16.02.2015, issued by the Joint Registrar (J)-cum-P.I.O. of this Court, his services have been

As the issue involved is limited to the date of regularization of the petitioner, as such, I direct the respondent no.3 to make necessary verification with respect to the date of regularization of the petitioner and issue necessary notification within a period of three weeks from today, a copy of which would also be given to the petitioner, whereafter the Accountant General Office, Bihar would issue necessary instructions in the matter within a further period of three weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
