JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that by entering into compromise in 498A of the Indian Penal Code case, on 23.12.2011 the victim was taken to her matrimonial house, where on the next day she was killed. The postmortem report reflects several injuries.

Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 01.04.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 44197 of 2012. The prayer has been renewed on the ground that the husband of the victim has been granted regular bail. This Court finds no reason to revise the earlier order.

Let, the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41721 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2016 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2011, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
