The petitioners are in custody since 07.07.2019 in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 241/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the bushes and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
