The petitioner seeks bail in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended two persons with a stolen motorcycle and the apprehended persons disclosed their name as Sanjeev Kumar Yadav (the petitioner) and Sonu Kumar Mandal. It is submitted that Sonu Kumar Mandal has already been granted bail by the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7709 of 2017. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14096 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016.
