The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barun P.S. Case No. 322 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

151 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from Sone Diyara.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
