2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/353/504 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the police party during vehicle checking and also tried to snatch police rifle. Some of the police personnel also sustained injuries.

6. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioners assaulted the police personnel, prayer for bail of the
