A show-cause has been filed by the learned counsel for the State wherein it has been mentioned that the authority is ready to pay an amount of compensation with respect to land of the petitioner which has been acquired under the Land Acquisition Act but, the learned counsel for the State submits that relevant records have not been produced by him and, on that count, the authorities are facing hardship in making payment to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2248 of 2015 (4) dt.20-04-2016 petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed a letter dated 22.9.2015 showing that altogether six documents were filed by the petitioner before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner appear before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur on 3.5.2016 at 11 O'clock with the records and the authority concerned, on receipt of the records, after verification will make payment to the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
