The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Teghra P.S. case no. 198 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. As per written report, there is specific allegation against accused Bhaso Singh that he had given iron rod blow on the head of the informant and the petitioners are merely members of the mob. It is alleged that the occurrence took place due to land dispute.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

No.11725 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Teghra P.S. case no. 198 of 2016, they will be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
