The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 354, 457 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have come at Veranda of the informant and touched her body with an intention to outrage her modesty.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No occurrence as alleged by the informant had ever taken place. The petitioner is the co-villager of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the
