Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is that 80.070 illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from Alto Vehicle.

Petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question and is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
