The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 138/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the grand daughter of the informant with sharp edged weapon and corresponding injury is found. Later on the doctor opined the injury to be grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
