2. This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 3537 of 2020, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 12.10.2022.

3. In spite of due diligence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not appear when the matter was called on 12.10.2022. The submission is that he got caught up in a traffic jam and thus could not reach the Court on time.

4. The reason is considered to be sufficient cause of restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 3537 of 2020.
