1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the F.I.R, petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant as well as his father due to which they sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry and there is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64792 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 parties and both the parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 12.06.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsing Sarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023.
