The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and to dispose of the dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, being mother-in-law and father-in-law, have falsely been implicated in this case. Due to illness, the daughter of the informant died and the petitioners have participated in the last ceremony but due to ulterior motive, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34053 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 present case is lodged with false allegation against the petitioners. Moreover, husband of the deceased, Bhonu Yadav has already surrendered in the Court of A.C.J.M., Ara on 27.08.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
