JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for expediting the encroachment proceedings initiated vide Encroachment case no. 55 of 2018-19 pending before the Circle Officer, Pahar Pur, East Champaran.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.18549 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 direction to the concerned Circle Officer to expedite the Encroachment case no. 55 of 2018-19 and pass final order expeditiously, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after considering objections of the encroachers.
