The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

A theft was committed in the house of the informant on 30.12.2016 in her absence and the informant lodged the case against unknown on 01.02.2017. During course of investigation the petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confession of the petitioner that too before the police there is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11895 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
