Petitioner is in custody in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith some co-accused he assaulted the deceased with fist and slap and dashed him on the road.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and others co-accused and
