Petitioner is the husband of the deceased, is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case initially registered as a complaint and then referred to the police for registration of First Information Report, investigation of the offences made out.

From the materials on record i.e.

prescription of the deceased from 13.10.2008 onwards I am satisfied that she died a natural death on 05.11.2014 while being taken to I.G.I.M.S., Sheikhpura from Nursing Home of Dr. Shashi Bhushan Prasad as at that time she was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41455 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 suffering from Hepatitis 'B'. The medical evidence is on record from Page 26 to 45.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 88/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
