The petitioner seeks bail in Semra P.S. Case No. 05/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 20 litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
