Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Submission is that the daughter of the informant is to be married on 23.04.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Saran/Successor Court, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.49 of 2001, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14370 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case and thereafter the petitioner shall be released only after conclusion of the trial or after nine months whichever is earlier.
