BAJANTHRI) 04-12-2024 Heard the present MJC No. 3145 of 2024 for recalling the order dated 06.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3246 of 2017. For no fault on the part of the petitioners and default on the part of the petitioners' counsel, order dated 06.08.2018 has been passed.

2. In the interest of petitioners, order dated 06.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3246 of 2017 stands recalled while restoring CWJC No. 3246 of 2017 on the file. Accordingly, present MJC stands allowed with a cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks.
