On 06.10.2015, the Court granted time on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner to seek instructions as though he was claiming that he had worked till 2002 but the materials on record indicated that he had been dismissed from service on 23.12.1997 itself. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to get instructions from his client and also that from some source he has been informed that the petitioner may not be alive. Considering the matter from both the aspects, this Court does not feel necessity to keep the matter pending as it is not going to serve any useful purpose since as the petitioner has not instructed his counsel or in the alternative he has passed
Patna High Court CWJC No.11647 of 2012 dt.30-11-2015 2/2 away without the heirs bothering to get them in touch with learned counsel for the petitioner, no relief can be granted in the present case.
Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off.
