The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 registered under Sections 143, 145, 152, and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. It would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioners are only the members of the mob. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
