Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that one Arbind Kumar Paswan was apprehended by the police in course of investigation and the aforesaid Arbind Kumar Paswan disclosed that the mobile had been given to him by the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40353 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Gaya in connection with Session trial no. 20 of 2015 arising out of Rampur P.S Case No. 300 of 2014.
