2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 76, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 27.06.2025 at about 06.00 A.M. while informant was on way to her school, this petitioner came and started molesting her and when she raised alarm, this petitioner started pressing her hands and slapped her, due to which, victim girl sustained injuries.

4. During investigation, the statement of victim girl under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. was recorded, in which, she has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
