JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that daughter of the informant got traceless while she had gone to school on 27.10.2016 at 9:30 a.m. It is alleged that the informant searched her and went to the house of the petitioner and learnt that he is also traceless since the date his daughter got traceless.

Statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has been recorded after recovery wherein she levelled specific allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping her and taking her to Delhi and establishing physical relationship with her. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12203 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
